If you have changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us with your name and order number via email at sales@skoopd.com.

We can accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. Skoop'd does not offer a free returns service and the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.

Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.

Original condition is defined as the item has been kept in original packaging, in good condition and can be resold. In addition, the items tag has not been removed

If we receive damaged or missing items from bundles, we have the right to make a charge to cover the cost of this and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving the items. Once processed, a refund minus shipping shall be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to sales@skoopd.com . Please do not dispose of the damaged items without prior written confirmation from us as we may require the product to be returned to us for further examination.

We cannot accept claims of items being damaged, broken or missing after this time. By purchasing any of our products the buyer accepts our return policy.
